KEYWORD SEARCH

You can look for one or several images with the free field "keyword". 
You can used one or more keywords. You simply have to separate them by a space. (For example: hiking woman) 
Use preferabily singular terms.

SEEK BY CATEGORIES

You can open out the tree structur with et  buttons to find category and sub categories. 
You can see all the images of a category by clicking its name.

You can repeat the operation as often as there is sub category. 
To reset all the tree structure click the link indicated above the list of the categories. 

SEE THE PHOTOS

You can see photos by 20, 50, 100 or 200 on a page. You juste have to choose the number in the tab: Photos per page

You also have the possibility to Sort images by date of entry, what allows you to see the last realized ones, or to alphabetize them with A-Z tab. 

YOUR SELECTION
To select images click the link " add to my selection ".

You can see your selection by clicking " see and update the selection " 
The link " ask for a quotation for this selection " allows you to send me the references of the images selected directly by Email. For it you simply have to fill in the form.

TERMS OF USE OF WEB SITE

The photographs are put at your disposal exclusively for consultation.

Their reproduction on Internet or other digital supports requires a authorization and copyright settlement. Photos possess quite an inlaid copyright, any forgery or illegal use can lead legal proceedings. 

Consultation and use of my photographs are subject to the provisions of the french Code of Use for photography use. Consulting the documents in no way entails the right to reproduce them.

WORKING WITH MY PICTURES
Before a photograph is sent, the client must agree to settle the copyright payment and sign an order form. The copyright fees are determined according to my price. Elements necessary for the establishment of an estimate price are, the type and circulation of the document, the size and location of each picture.

My invoices are payable in cash. In the case of payment after the date indicated on the invoice, a penalty of 1.5 times the legal interest rate shall be applied.

Invoices are not subjected to the deduction of VAT, AGESSA, CSG RDS. They  must be paid full and in Euro €.

Pictures are send as digital files on cdrom, by Email, by ftp. The used documents must be restored in the month according to the date of use. Any delay will be the object of compensation at least equal to the double the amount of the invoiced royalties.

All the photgraphs are my full and whole property and must be restored to me for the agreed delays.

Photos and reports are communicated with the aim of their exam and selection for the only declared use. Any reuse or use for purposes other than those declared requires a new authorization and the payment of new royalties.
The term " picture: www.stephane-godin.com " must appear opposite each reproduction. The absence of signature, an incorrect signature, a non-identifiable grouped signature, shall lead for each document to the payment of compensation at least equal to the amount of the invoiced royalties
A copy for every use (address of web page, copy of magazine, poster, etc.)  have to be send to me.
